Cannes Young Lions 2021

National winners, International Shortlist

 

I teamed up with strategist Rachel Tucker to take on the 2021 Digital brief for Cannes Young Lions.

We won the National competition and went on to represent Australia globally in the International 24 hour brief, where we were shortlisted.

 
 

The Competition
The under 30’s competition part of the international creative awards, Cannes Lions.

Round One, shown below, was open to all creative teams under 30 Australia wide. After making the top 5 shortlist, we went on to Round Two; a 24 hour brief followed by a presentation. After winning that, we represented Australia in the international 24 hour brief. We were shortlisted, with Slovenia taking home gold, silver going to Germany, and bronze to Taiwan.

The Brief
Drive broad scale awareness about the impact of cyber bullying for Gen Z on mobile.
Implement behavioural change by encouraging the Snapchat audience to act on this issue.
